I have a picture of a gravestone that is in the graveyard in Gordon,Berwick.
It is of John Pitt who died in 1847 and his wife Mary Carruthers who died in 1876.
It also lists their 4 children...Mary,Isabella,James & Rachel.
I found it printed in an old 1995 magazine.....so I am not sure that it can be posted.
Possibly the moderator can enlighten us .
