Marriage in Sark**COMPLETED**

Hi Forum,
I have just recently found a photo of my great uncle (John Bell of Stanhope, co.Durham). On the back of the photo someone has written some info on the family...as per below.
My question is, can anyone point me in the direction of finding this marriage. Would like to know who his Jack Bells nephew and who he married. Cheers..Max

Hi

A quick Google has found that the Dame of Sark was Sibyl Mary COLLINGS who married twice.. firstly to Dudley John BEAUMONT and then to Robert HATHAWY.  She had children with BEAUMONT... daughters were Bridget Amice b 1902, Douce Alianore Daphne born 1910 and Jehanne Rosemary Ernestine born 1919.

Henry Parkin BELL of Holywell Hall Durham, son of the late Mr J.H. BELL and of Mrs F. M. BELL of Edmundbyers Co. Durham. to Jeahanne, youngest daughter of the late Mr Dudley BEAUMONT and of Mrs R. W HATHAWAY the Dame of Sark.

BELL... on Nov 7th 1849 at La Seigneurie Sark to Jehanne wife of H. P. BELL - a daughter.
