Mary Lynch. Born enniscorthy around 1876

I am trying to find information about my grandmother, Mary lynch, who was born in Enniscorthy co Wexford in 1876. She was married to john solan around 1901. The family came to Australia around 1913. She was a NS Teacher. I haven't been able to find any record of their marriage or her birth certificate. I am curious as to what and where she taught. We are coming to Ireland in May and would like any suggestions how to get information about her?

Do you know their children's names? Could this be the family in 1911?

There is a Joseph Lynch with the Sohan family in 1911 so this could be a possibility in 1901

If it is the correct Mary Lynch previously posted in the 1901 census, then this is a possible reference to where she worked:

At that time, most National Schools had only one teacher, or possibly two (girls and boys), it would appear that Clonroche was no diifferent in scale, so Mary would have been responsible for teaching multiple age groups at once, making for a challenging curriculum to say the least.

Dathai and gaffy you both might know more about this.
James Joyce used the names of real people in Ulysses and he mentions a child Jack Sohan. There isn't a John/Jack with the family in 1911 and you have the death of the baby in 1902. He perhaps just used the father's name.
Jack is mentioned in the notes to the book if you browse. It's a difficult book to read!

Apparently John senior died 23 Dec 1901 probably not registered till Jan 1902
