James Tucker
« on: Tuesday 11 June 13 08:47 BST (UK) »
Hello , can anyone help, I am trying to trace family members of the Tucker family from Road(now called Rode) in Somerset.  I have so far  found James Tucker married to Ann living in Road and on the 1841 census  Eleanor Tucker aged 74 born 1767 could this be his mother if so I cannot find any marriage for her.
Many Thanks
Sarah

Your welcome Sarah. It looks petty conclusive to me but to be sure you really should get a Childs born post 1837 Birth Cert.

I did notice Eleanor lived to a good age, Buried 28 Jan 1855, St Lawrence, Rode (FreeREG)
William was prob Buried 15 Sept 1819 age 54
1851 Eleanor is with Henry/Ann FARR down as born c 1766 Rode.

Hello, I know this isn't about James Tucker, but I came across your post about Thomas Ward Stephenson, who is my great great great great grandfather (We share surnames- I am a Stephenson) and wanted to contact you. (If your information is correct, that would make us 4th cousins 1x removed!)
I have done a whole family tree, going back to my 9th great grandfather (also a Stephenson) who would be your 10th great grandfather.
