Dear Forum,

I am seeing assistance to locate/confirm details for the death of Eleanor Gertrude HARRISON (Huntley) born 1872 Douglas, Isle of Man. Lived at 74 Bewdley Rd, Kidderminster throughout census records to 1911 with Charles Edward HARRISON. I have located a record for death listed as 1962 Shropshire but do not have further details to confirm. I wonder if this can be confirmed and if someone might be able to assist with local newspapers regarding an obituary etc as she would have been 90 years old, regards Jason, Australia

I've not found any obits as yet and not sure if you looked at the GRO death index, as you don't give your source. The 1962 death does look very like her ~

I've just run another check and that is the only death for an Eleanor G Harrison b. 1871 +/- 5 .

Wellington/Telford is not all that far from Kidderminster. I've driven that route a few times in the 'olden days'
