Hi,

Did he continue serving after 1920?  if so his records will still be with the MOD.

If not, are you aware that around 70% of WW1 records were destroyed in the Blitz in WW2?

I'm not sure Jan, as I said I can't pin point his military records so don't know anything about his war years other than I know he served in the forst world war

Were there any children born to him and Mary during the war?  His regiment might be listed on the certificate under his occupation.
