1796 Cornhill, Northumberland marriage look-up, please

Hi, does anyone have access to a Cornhill marriage parish register, 23 Jan 1796, Anthony Paterson to Jane Grecian, please?

Are you sure this marriage was registered in Cornhill?  I am not finding it in my transcript although it could have been missed but I did find it in the Coldstream Bridge marriages 1793-1797

23 Jan 1796  Anthony Paterson and Jane Grechian both of the parish of Yeldom or Aledom

That will be them!  Was there any other information, or just the two names?

No other information.  How did you come by the date and place?  Sometimes people married over the border had their marriages recognized in the parish church and sometimes if they are on the IGI the LDS workers did not distinguish non conformist events from the regular parish records when the records were transcribed.

I'm fairly new to all this, and I don't know what IGI means, sorry.

I found the information on Ancestry, so I suppose with an FHL Film no. it would have been an LDS transcription. This family seemed to go back and forth over the border a lot - I'm learning a bit about the geography of the region which is interesting.

I'd also like to know about a Whittingham birth from 1776 and an Ingram marriage from 1765 - should I start new threads, or could you maybe help?

Looks like James Married in  Ingram, had a few Children there and then moved to Whittingham.

Baptisms same Church in Ingram, Father JAMES , later ones have Mother as well;
