Illinois Naturalization docs - DUFFY Thomas Joseph

I am trying to locate the naturalization documents for Thomas Joseph DUFFY. I have located the index card, but the numbers on it don't match anything on the FamilySearch Illinois (Cook County) Naturalization Petition database which has the original documents. The card says that he was naturalized 24 Jan 1929.

Does anyone know how to I can see the original documents online?

For other family members who were naturalized later (1940s) , the index card has a number that matches a file in the database.
