can anyone help decipher the surname from the death cert. below
All information taken from my personal database compiled from original sources - Crown Copyright acknowledge as stated.
Family names:SPINK (WRY), GOODWIN (DBY), PRATT (SCT & WRY), WILDGOOSE (DBY), STRETTON (LEI & DBY), MARTIN(ANS), NICOLL(ANS), McKENNA(TYR), STRAIN(DON), WALLACE(FIF), RAE(STI), PENMAN(STI) & CAPPIE(ELN).

On second thoughts perhaps the first letter is a capital H as the M in Miner has a different shape.

Since the extract is titled 'William Walker' I think it is the females maiden name that is required - I believe it is Corbett.

Where is it entitled William Walker...I still don't see it??

Think the maiden name is Corbett , by the way, although with my poor eyesight it's probably nothing like that.

loobylooayr - look at the opening post where extract is.   In Blue, underneath, it says 1912 death Wm. Walker.

Yes, I think it's Corbett.
AYRSHIRE - Strachan, McCrae, Haddow, Haggerty, Neilson, Alexander
