Don't think that theory works as Isaac and David are with parents Henry and Sarah (both 45) in Dudley on 1871, and isaac is with them again in Litchurch in 1891. Haven't found the parents on 1881 yet

Hi,

So Henry & Sarah had moved to Derby by 1881 census, for some reason they are away from
home and Martha is looking after children on the night of the census and so registers as being
resident that night.  Her husband also registers her at his address.

Will try a search for H & S to see if I can find them - could they be with one of their older
possibly married children?

Thanks for all the help everyone. I've yet to really look into the Pugh line.
