I'm a little confused by the question, if I'm reading correctly she was 19 when she joined the convent in America so wouldn't she have received her teacher training there.
She may have got her early schooling in the Central Model School which is near Gloucester/ Sean McDermott Street.

A few more births where the mother is given as Marcella KANE
Theresa 13 April 1873 Cknock died age 68 buried Glasnevin 1941 from Aughrim St also Anne Marmion buried Glasnevin 1949 from Aughrim St age 76.
Joseph 20 Sep 1868 Cknock, possible marriage Dublin North 1887
Catherine 12 April 1875 Cknock several marriages recorded with this name.

Wonder did Agnes Marmion give up her vocation,there appears to be only one Agnes Marmion on the 1901/1911 census.
There is a marriage in Dublin North July Sep 1924 for an Agnes Marmion.

Possible marriage for Catherine Marmion 1900 Dublin North
Possible match Arthur Curran.

1901 Census at 62.3 Harolds Cross Road
Arthur Curran age 28 possibly born Clondalkin 1872 to Patrick Curran and Alice Doyle.(also on 1901/1911 census)
Catherine Curran age 23 born Co Dublin.

1911 Census at 43.1 Oxmanstown Rd,Arran Quay
Arthur Curran age 39
Catherine age 32 married 10 yrs 1 born 1 alive
Mary age 8 dtr.

Up date on the search for  the Sister Eucharia Mary Carroll
I have wrote a sister in a convent of this order in Dublin  asking if they have the names of the parents of the Mary Carroll in 1911 census ,so far no reply.

There was a school run by the nuns in Clontarf Dublin  1911 census  Mary Carroll a pupil age 10.I was given the name if a nun in Dublin of the sisters of Charity I have sent a letter and it seems promising
