Loughlin/Duncan - Mullingar

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could help me find a record of birth or baptism for Mary Loughlin, born 1796 in Mullingar please?
I believe she was Catholic due to the place of her son Bartholomew's baptism in York in 1835.

I also can't find her marriage to Philip Duncan/Dunkin b.1789, he's also from Ireland but doesn't state where on the census returns.

I've recently restarted looking into the family tree after a year or so and am a bit rusty  Any help would be greatly appreciated
