Or maybe the Avon Vale Hunt?

It's thought to have links to Pewsey and was hoping someone might recognise the building in the background.

I think this may be a pack of Beagles, not fox hounds, especially as there are no horses to be seen, this may narrow it down a bit as there were much less of them.

These dogs are definitely heavy type hounds they are not beagles.
This victorian pile could well be long demolished,if at Tidworth/ Bulford area  [Tedworth]being Army.
Hunts used to take their horses off by train to meetings in victorian times, the hung tiles on this building may be  Hampshire,even Surrey.
