This match for 1853 in Strabane William Robinson and Sarah Motherwell vol 10 page 353 matches the childrens births 1620 to 1881 so if right there could be births before 1864 to this couple also would seem to be very young getting married how sure are you of the accuracy of their ages in the census.

found that through Googling ''William Robinson and Sarah Motherwell''

Edit ,Strabane Registration District covers Raphoe Donegal and Taughboyne is in Raphoe.

Also forgot to mention marriage above lists both bride and grooms fathers as James.

There are both a Sarah Motherwell and William Robinson listed on the same page for a marriage in Strabane in 1853
