Myers Family Halifax
« on: Friday 09 July 10 11:42 BST (UK) »
Hi

I am researching my second cousin three times removed - Robert Myers b. circa 1865 in Skirlaugh East Yorks. He through his travels as a coachman eventually met his wife Harriet Ann Harrison in Rawcliffe and married on the 26th of March 1890. It was shortly after the marriage that they moved to Stafford Green in Halifax as they had a son Robert or possibly Robert Edward who was named on the 1891 census and as being only 1 month old. Other than finding Robert, Harriet and his son and another sibling Nelly in the 1901 census now living at 48 Wellington Street West (South Ward) I hve no other information. Any help or information  that would help me extend this leg of the family into the 20/21 century would be most appreciated.

Thank you,
Yorky Lad

A very long time ago you requested information on a distant cousin of yours - Robert Myers b1863 in Skirlaugh.
He and his wife Harriet were my great grandparents. I have done a great deal of research on the family over the past 30 years and should be happy to share information to let you bring that line upo to date. I would also like to hear of how we are related.
Kind regards
Susan
