Hi Judi

There is a Frederick and Ann with daughters Harriet and Emma in Farnsfield in 1851. Surname is transcribed as Helm . The writing is not over clear!!

I think Eric has found right the right 1851 census record (see HO107/2134, f 231, p 7).

There is also this baptism and I think the surname is mistranscribed

Epperstone baptism
26 Nov 1843, Emma dau of Frederick & Ann HEINSLEY, labourer

Also
Farnsfield baptisms
9 Jan 1842, Harriet dau of Frederick & Ann HEMSLEY, stockinger, of Epperstone
7 Sep 1845, Thomas son of Frederick & Ann HEMSLEY, labourer, of Farnsfield
31 Jan 1847, George son of Frederick & Ann HEMSLEY, labourer, of Farnsfield
30 May 1849, William son of Frederick & Ann HEMSLEY, labourer, of Farnsfield

I meant to add earlier, you mentioned the family Emma worked for in 1861 (the Turtles). As it happens, Ann Turtle (nee Slater) was the sister of my 4x great grandmother. :D
