You both have made my day  :). I have felt brain dead looking through all the census and certificates I have had over the last 6 months  ???,  and overnight you have given me so much help and info, more  than I ever expected.  :-*

My gt grand parents were also Gregor McGregor & Flora McArthur.
I have attached an extract of my tree for that part of the family.

Maybe we can chat further about our "branches", and how they link.

Hi Bob,

My grandfather was Gregor Macgregor who married Elizabeth-Duke Robertson CAMPBELL in Glasgow 1921.
I have a letter (page 2) from Alexander Macgregor he wrote to Flora just before he died in France. Not too sure if I am allowed to put my email address to this post but will try. I will then send you the copy.
My mother was Flora McArthur Macgregor who was born in Glasgow 1928 and married my dad an American during WW2. They migrated to Texas USA where I was born.
My Macgregor grandparents migrated to Australia from Glasgow 1955 and we migrated from USA 1957 and this is my home.
