The date is rather vague - it just says The Tithe Commutation surveys carried out from the 1830s to 1840s, 

The numbers refer to the area of land.

Hants - SMALL, HAMMERTON, GRIST, FRYER, TRODD, DAGWELL, PARKER, WOODFORD, CROUTEAR, BECK, BENDELL, KEEPING, HARDING, BULL
Kent - BAYLY, BORER, MITCHELL, PLANE, VERNON, FARRANCE, CHAPMAN, MEDHURST, LOMAX, WYATT, IDEN
Devon - TOPE, BICKFORD, FOSTER
YKS - QUIRK, McGUIRE, BENN
Nott/Derbs - SLACK
Herts - BARNES

Hello ,
I have looking up the wrong Joseph Hooper apparently mmmmmm !!!!!!!!
The Joseph Hooper I am chasing came to Western Australia aboard the EDWIN FOX in 21/11/1858
Convict #5282 and was born C 1813 and sentenced in Taunton he married Ann Connell b 1840    {no other info on her }
Any info on joseph Hooper b c 1813 or Ann Connell would be greatly appreciated

The usual caveats re 1841 census!

No birthplaces are mentioned, other than "born in county Y/N".
