Looking for family members of a Michael Augustus Lambert bn. abt. 1816 Freshford Kilkenny ,d. 5 Dec. 1881 Auckland N.Z. ,[son of John Lambert occ Labourer and Bridget Cullen] ,he enlisted in the 40th Regt. of Foot 18 June 1835 ,md. Isabella Trimble 10 May 1846 Canterbury ,was discharged in Melbourne Australia 1858 after serving 23 years and 9 mths ,due to disability . [Arrived Auckland N.Z. with his family sometime after his discharge no records.] After the death of his wife Isabella 23 Jan' 1861 Auckland N.Z. ,Michael md. Angus Evelyn Mc Niece and had a second family.
