Rebecca Shaw 1888 Kilkenny

I am researching a tree for a friend and as stuck at one ancestor Rebecca Shaw.  Based on her death she was born in 1888 and the 1911 census has her listed as born in Kilkenny, Ireland and living at the time in Bicton, Devon and working as a servant in the same village as her future husband.

She married on 1 Jan 1914 in Devon and the marriage cert lists her as 25, single with father Henry Shaw farmer who had already died.  Sadly only the groom's relatives were witnesses at the wedding.  I can find nothing on her pre this date on the Irish census, family search, Roots Ireland etc 

Any help/suggestions would welcome

There is a Rebecca Eleanor Shaw birth regd Jul/Sep qtr 1888 on "Family Search" in Dublin North vol 2, page 450,  gs film 101062,  digital folder number 004193976.  Might she have guessed her place of birth as Kilkenny, if that was where she had  lived prior to her moving to Devon?

Thanks both for the possible births/christenings. It is quite possible that the wrong birthplace was given in 1911 as originally NK - Not Known - had been crossed out on the census record and Kilkenny inserted, however the father's name is not the same as the marriage cert.

Interestingly there is a Henry Shaw born 1888 Kilkenny in the Navy in 1911 who I thought was possibly her brother and I can't see him pre 1911
