This looks like it could be  the baptism of the Richard Beaman/Beumont, father of Martha:

Just to summarise what I've found so far - and  what I think is most likely:

Richard Owen (1868) - Charles Owen and Elizabeth Jones
Charles Owen (1829)- John Owen and Martha Beaman/Beaumont
John Owen (?)
Martha Beaman (?)  - Richard Beaman/Beaumont (1753) and Susannah

Elizabeth Jones (1836) - John Jones and Jane

Not much on Margaret yet!

May have tracked Richard Owen down in the 1891 census living in Llandyfodwg Bridgend. Relationship to head of household is described as brother so head could be his elder brother John.
