No sign of Birth record in the OPR.
Can find siblings but no Peter.

My McPhee Family were also from this area. I have John McPhee who married Catherine McDonald they had children Charles , Peter, Donald, John and Roderick all baptised in Kilmuir between 1828 and 1835.

Any connections ?

Charles MacKinnon is my 4xGGUncle and I've been looking for the MacPhie/MacPhee connection to this MacKinnon line for so long! 

I've been reading some of your other responses and it would be great if we could compare notes.  I've got quite a bit of research together across other siblings descended from Lachlan MacKinnon and Mary Campbell and it would make me so happy to share this with you :-)
