I have checked the 1891 and 1901 over the past hour for you and looked at every variation of Elliott spelling (Eliot Elliot Elliott) I can think of and I am not finding them.

Anything else to go on at all?

I am now going through every Wingrave entry for the 1901 census to see if they have been mistranscribed.

Just a wee thought: Nellie could well have been Ellen — I have seen that quite often. And maybe Angie was just Ann G and the family ran it together....? I have a great aunt who was known as Tanny: her name was Annie and so was her mother's — I think she was called Little Annie = Tanny.
Good luck, Rian.

There is only 1 Elliott family (or similar) in Wingrave in 1901 and they dont match yours unfortunately.
When I get a chance Ill look further a field (record by record rather than searching for them if the person who has transcribed them might have done it wrong)

FreeBMD gives one Angela Elliott born in Malling district in Kent in 1893.  Then FreeBMD got overloaded and I gave up

I just looked on St Cath's index found the following

Angelina Elliott Sept Qtr 1881 Reg Dist Basford

Mary Elliott March Qtr 1883 Reg Dist Basford

Need to check out to see if from the same family. Could some one do this? I don't have access.

Another possible approach: Do you know when Mary nee Elliot died?  Find her death certificate and it would give you her (approximate) age.  If she died after 1969 it gives you her birth date on the actual certificate!
