Ann Williams nee Gale Dublin 1832

 Thank you for your help.
 I now believe my gt gt grandmother was Ann Williams  nee  Gale .    Ann Gale was born about 1832 in Dublin . Does this make me Irish ?. ;) ;)
 I have found on BMD as suggested that She married William John Williams on 15th Oct.1854 in London . I descend from her son  Joseph Williams The family lived for many years in Hackney .London
 I am looking g for any information that I can go on with in regards her parents her father may have been James  ,her reasons for leaving Ireland , did she return , The social history etc etc .
 
 William and Ann  had
 son Jospeh Henry M Susanna probert  .
Their son William Henry Williams was my grandfather. I did go to Ireland for a week in 2013 but enjoyed the sights and the pubs without having found out where my Gt.Gtg. grandmother had come from .Thanks for any directions . fred

As per your PM ~ you need to find the link to where you got help with Ann originally on this forum as I don't want to be looking for information that you already have or already have had help with.

If you can't find the original thread then you need to retype up here ALL that you know about Anne.

All her marriage details, death details, census details etc etc etc.

We can not look for an Anne Gale in Dublin, Ireland without a LOT more information from your side first.

She is consistent with (the equivalent of) 1832-4 as her YoB

 What I know about Ann Gale is .

 Born Dublin 1832 .
Married William John Williams 15th Oct, 1854 in Kensington London
 Lived in Hackney London .
 I have all the census ,
 all the addresses
 and all the children .

 What I don't have as definite other than from Ancestry .com marriage information is
 .Is James Gale her father. ?
 Where in Dublin was she born .?
 When and where did she die and get buried ?
 Why did she go to London .?
 What was her family lifestyle and employment .?
 Who are her siblings ?
 What is their lifestyle  and whereabouts coming forward?


 I do not have any certificates .
I don't need information on the Williams family in Hackney unless it is a fellow Williams  family interest in which case I would love to know .
 It has got a little confused but I thank anyone and everyone who helps .
 I haven't done much research on Ann Gale as you can see . She is my great great  grandmother and I am very interested in starting to find my Irish roots .

Ancestry . com suggested a man named James is her father .
 . . she has been a shadow in our family for generations and I am afraid that is where she can stay .

 I don t  yet have the certificates .
 Tho I put out feelers last year before I went to Ireland  i have only  started my serious search for Ann Williams nee Gale yesterday .
 I have been unable to access Family search where it apparently confirms James as her father. I have dial -up and it is exceedingly slow .
