What car and when?

This is a picture of my Auntie Rene (1915-2004) She never learnt to drive so I think this is possibly her husband's car. She married in 1939. I would like to know a date for the picture and what car is it.
I know it is a Wiltshire registration.

Definitely a Hillman Minx I'd guess around 1947.
