You can't modify after 24 hours,so mailing a mod is the way to go and they will add completed to the title for you.

I am also looking for relative graves in West street, but was warned that it is not save to go there. There have been a few muggings that have taken place in the cemetery. If one wants to go I think a large group of people might be a good idea. You will need people to watch ones cars and a large group to go into the grounds and say together.
