Hiya

Well fancy that, Iam also descended from William Walsh 1850, your Peter Thomas George Walsh sister Elizabeth Alice Walsh.

I have the death certificate for William Walsh born 1850 and all the birth certificates for William's siblings, I also found another child,  I have the 1911 census for this family too showing your Peter his wife Ethel and their sons.

I have all the marriage certificates and censuses for all this family.

I have never been able to trace Mary Jane Walsh nee Boardman since the 1871 census apart from her giving birth to your Peter.

Hi, My father was Andrew Porteous Newlands and he was born in Letham in Fife. One of 11 children I believe.

Mrs. A

I would appreciate any help you could give me with the burial of a relative who died in 1919 at Plewlands.  Her name was Josephine Isabella Helen Cumming Fraser, maiden name Clarke.  She married an Alexander Fraser, gamekeeper.  I know very little about her other than this.

My guess is that she may be buried at the Newlands Church.  If and when you have a chance to look I would appreciate any information.

Thanks.

Gordon Fraser
