Court Martial 1758 - 1770. Your Soldier Ancestor?

The book “Military Orders & Instructions for the Wilts Battalion of Militia 1758 – 1770” reveals many  names of ordinary soldiers who became involved in a Court Martial. If anyone would like to know a bit more about any of the following individuals, I will do my best but I should mention, although the parishes of W. provided 800 men, there is no mention  from where these soldiers came.

Very sorry taffie01 but I no longer have the book. I think you should be able to find it or arrange to get access to it however at one of the bigger regional libraries in London, Oxford, Cambridge, Cardiff etc. The Imperial War Museum is also perhaps a possibility. Good luck. Toby.
