Is he the 1851 entry living in Somerset and indexed as William Millare born Hardingham Wiltshire?

If so - possibly married pre-1837 as eldest child is 16 so b 1835

1841 has an Edward Millard & Susanna Millard living with him who may be his brother & sister in law
Census Information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

Hi Jackie,

If you haven't already done so, you could try the Wilts On-Line-Parish-Clerk who have someone looking
after the parish of Horningsham and may be able to help.
There address is;
