Do you know who I should contact regarding placing some of my parents' ashes in the Elgin cemetery? My parents were both born in Elgin and their parents are all buried at the New Elgin cemetery. We are returning to Elgin in July from New Zealand and know that they would want to be there. Thanks for any help.
