William Sheraton of Elwick

Hi!
    Can anyone help with the following?

I have a William Sheraton listed as of Elwick, and who died 1613 at Durham. I think he was the son of another William Sheraton of Elwick (possibly dying 1586?) and his wife Alice/Alison Craggs (died 1605). William is listed in his will as having a brother Christopher, James and Robert, and also a sister Katherine Sheraton who married a Gerard Done (and had a son John Done). Alison Craggs had brothers John, William, Robert and Thomas.

William Sheraton who died 1613 married I believe Elizabeth Burdon of Little Eden (Castle Eden) and they had issue including Christopher Sheraton (listed as younger son) possibly born around 1570 and dying 1617(?) at Durham.

Christopher Sheraton married a lady called Ann and had Anne 1598, Elizabeth 1591, Christopher 1594 and Margery 1601, all baptised at St Giles Durham. In Margery Sheratons will she lists her two sisters as her executrix - Ann Heighington (wife of John) and Elizabeth Bee (wife of Christopher).

Any help with any of the above much appreciated!

This post was done many years ago so I'm not sure if you are still active on here, but I am descended from the Sheraton family also.

I believe however you may have mixed up one Christopher for another in your post.

There are some trees suggesting the father of William Sheraton (b. c.1540) was Stephen DE SHERATON, but I have found no evidence supporting this.
