There are a number of people of that name b around then, but the nearest to a 1793 date are

Thomas Harries b Jan 1792 Narberth, father James R.

Thomas Harries b October 1791 Roch, parents William & Elizabeth, info - Pembroke Baptists.

Family Search has a match under Thomas Harry which could be a transcription error

 the name varys on the census etc,so can be a bit daunting would the parish records show his parents at his marriage?

No - fathers names were not shown on marriage entries prior to 1.7.1837 - mothers names are never shown on English/Welsh marriage certs

If either of the witnesses to the marriage were surname Harries - you may be able to connect them to that baptismal entry for Harry
