a wee update , i have tracked Edward Little 1847 to Niagara Falls in Canada . He left Glasgow in 1903 on the Pomerannia and in 1905 his son  Edward and family moved out there too as both were stonemasons. On the passenger list he states Co Antrim as his birthplace so Tara was bang on the money with Edward being baptised in Antrim .In communication with Edward 1881 grandaughter and been swapping family pics , all due to Rootschat  :)

Here starts the fun and your hard work to find if they are connectable
The following is an outline of records noted by Ros Davies on her website,. so she offers emailing which is fabulous for the gravestones,  The records if microfilms are available at most LDS/ Mormon Churches

http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~rosdavies

Saintfield Church of Ireland   Records available are; baptisms 1724- 1754, marriages 1724- 1750, burials 1724- 1750 ; graveyard attached , gravestones UHF Vol 3; email me for a gravestone look-up

Saintfield  1st Presbyterian Records from 1851, graveyard attached , gravestones UHF Vol 3; email me for a gravestone look-up ; For a history see http://www.lisburn.com/books/1-2-boardmills-killaney/boardmills-killaney-2.htm#Secession

Saintfield 2nd Presbyterian Seceding   Records from 1831 (baptisms) & 1837 (marriages); graveyard attached, gravestones UHF Vol 3 (oldest stone 1803).

Saintfield Catholic; Immaculate Heart of Mary
built 1890 ; no records listed by Ros Davies
.
Saintfield old Catholic PRONI & NLI have baptisms 1837- 1881, marriages 1845-1883; UHF has baptisms 1837- 1900 & marriages 1845-1900

so good luck onwards unless someone has an easier way for you.

Not had a chance to look into the Wade line yet but found a link to Co Armagh. Found Ann Littles/Docherty in the 1901 census in Glasgow . Found her death cert on Scotlandspeople and her daughter was the witness Catherine Pugh, then found Catherines daughter Mary Pugh living with her in 1901.Anyhow ,she states Co Armagh as place of birth. So now i know the Littles at one point lived in Armagh . .though id update the thread ,cheers for all help,Raymie.
