Joseph Arthur Photography Wicklow Town

Hi, does anyone know anything about when there might have been a photography shop called Joseph Arthur on Main St Wicklow. I have a photo that I am trying to date that was taken there. From the dress I think it is 1880's - 1890's but might be wrong. There is a Joseph Arthur Photographer listed in 1901 and 1911 census in Ennistimmon Co. Clare, he is born in Clare and aged 27 in 1901, perhaps he, or some other family member had a shop in Wicklow at some time.

My greatuncle married Joseph Arthur's niece.

I know that various branches of the family were in the photography business in various parts of the country, but I've never come across any reference to Wicklow.
