Cranmore Park was in Windsor Ward electoral division. Interestingly, whilst neither the 1901 or 1911 census have any sign of a Carson family at Cranmore Park, the 1901 has a Samuel Carson, Flesher at Shaftsbury Square and a William Carson, Flesher, with sons Thomas Carson and James Carson, both Fleshers, at Albion Place (see
http://www.rootschat.com/links/014n3/ ). Shaftsbury Square and Albion Place were also in Windsor Ward electoral division. No obvious Violet Mary Carson with either family though.
Even more interestingly, PRONI have the will indexed in 1943, of a
Thomas Carson, Flesher, of 1 Cranmore Park, who died on 17th January 1942 and left Effects £17425 16s 8d. His wife was noted as a Mary Carson. The same Thomas Carson was also administrator of the will of a spinster, Miss Annie Ellen Carson, who died in 1935 and left £7998 16s. 10d. Administration later changed to a Miss Esther Jane Bingham.
Thomas can be seen listed on this transcript of a 1918 street directory:
http://www.lennonwylie.co.uk/alphanames1918c.htmCarson, Thos., Knocknarea, Cranmore Park
Thomas's burial record is indexed on the Belfast Cemeteries website and lists him as 67 at time of death. A Martha Carson, aged 13, was also buried in same plot some years earlier, in 1930. The cemetery listed is Belfast City Cemetery.
Given Thomas' age at death, I would say he was quite probably the one listed in the 1901 census at Albion Place. And, by way of confirmation and in keeping with the info from the Wills index, here he is in 1911 at Lisburn Road
