If you have MIs pre 1855 for Methven, please can you let me know if there is one for Peter Young. 

His OPR death entry: 8th Feb., 1823, 87 yrs, widower.

Hello,
Have had a look but there isn't a Peter Young in the MI's for Methven. If you would like me to look up any others just let me know as there are several Youngs buried in Methven cemetery.

Keep in mind that the MI book was compiled from a survey done in 1973, the fact that you are looking for an event that occured 150years previous the head stone if any may not have survived or may have fallen face down and has been buried over time. The only way you will find anything is if the burial records of the church yard survive.
