Germany: augusta freckum

hello i am looking for the parents of augusta freckum he was born in germany abt 1860 came to uk married jane i believe jane maiden name was parkes . cant find their marriage . i do have them all on the census .
its possible the augusta,s father was andrew freckum , the name freckum spelt in a few differentent ways ie feckham / freckom / frekom

any info most welcome

Augusta is usually the female form of the male name Augustus/August/Auguste, etc. The German form of Andrew is more likely to be something like Anders, Andre, Andras rather than Andrew.
Variations in the spelling of the surname might make the search more difficult. Perhaps is you could tell us references for each of the census records you found him in someone might be able to find some more details for you.
