I am research John Arnott Taylor, born 1867 Saltcoats Scotland. Immagrated to South Africa as a young man in late teen or early twenties.
He married Carolyn Maud Norton born 1863 in Fort Beaufort, Eastern Cape. They were married in Fort Beaufort. They stayed in Alice eastern Cape and all 6 of their children were born there.
John died in 1947 in Alice and Carolyn died in 1922.

Like to know John's occupation, marriage date, the year he come to South Africa, and any thing else of interest.
