You do need to check the counties before searching, not all of them are listed.
Please acknowledge when a restorer works on your photos, it can take hours for them to work their magic

Please scan at 300dpi minimum to help save the restorers eyesight.

Yes, it's 1641 stuff, think they are going to continue with Dublin etc which happened afterwards.

This is about the rebellion of 1641 Cromwell didn't arrive in Ireland until after the English Civil War ended. The accounts of this rebellion are important though because Cromwell's army arrived in Ireland with the stories of the genocide of protestants on their minds. The Irish rebels had forged an alliance with the English royalists so Cromwell would have had to deal with them in either Ireland or England at some point.
