Thanks for the information it has helped a great deal. I am also trying to find a a marriage or any information about a Pat Bradley born about 1821 in Tullig and his wife Margaret Blake born about 1840.
I have no marriage for them. I know they had a daughter Bridget about 1850. Pat died in 1898 and Margaret in 1902.
Where do i apply for they deaths?

Reedy,
We need to recheck.
Based on your information of the child Bridget aged 10 years in 1850 after her mothers birth in 1840 I can find no records.
There is a  Patrick Bradley buried in Kilballyowen Graveyard, Cross, (near Tullig) who died
Aug 17 1892 aged 60. His wife Margaret Bradley is also buried there & she died Jan 6 1902 aged 56.
The grave was erected by a son Patrick and it also mentions Patrick's brother John who died May 8 1917 aged 38.
These Bradley names correspond with the only Bradley family recorded in the 1901 census for Tullig.
What do you think?
Paddy

I think i need to recheck all these families. My sister in law did some research when she visited the church in Cross with the limited information we had at the time.
So starting again i now need to find a Baptism for Martin Keane father Patrick mother Bridget.
He is on the 1911 census living with his parents in Tullig aged 35. So he was born about 1866.
I have a marriage for a Patrick Keane and Bridget Bradley in 1875. Unless they had him before they married or is there another marriage for a Patrick Keane and a Bridget.

Reedy.
Recheck your math, If Martin Keane was 35 in 1911 then he was born in 1876 not 1866.

I confirm Martin Keane from Tullig was baptised Dec 27 1875.
Martin's parents are Patrick Keane & Bridget Bradley who married Jan 28 1875.

"Your sister in law got this one perfect" and really visited the church & not the pub.

Sorry about that maybe i should have stayed in the pub. Math has never been my strong point. I do have a baptism for a Martin Keane on the 27th dec 1862. Father Patrick mother Bridget maybe just a mis print.
I do have more to ask you but i will have to check my details again and maybe this time get the math right.
Thanks again for your help.
