Looking for Michael O'Brien/O'Brian Cloghauninchy, Kilmurry, Clare, Ireland

I'm looking for a Michael O'Brien that may have been born Cloghauninchy, Kilmurry, Clare, Ireland in abt 1830  give or take a few.  The family moved to Wigan England. We found him on the census in 1861...It is possible that his parents are Michael O'Brien and Ann McInerny.
