Hi Ann

Many thanks for the MIs. These are indeed my Craigs of Birdsfield Farm.

Are the other MIs you mentioned for the Craigs of Udston Farm? If so, they are the same family and also my relations.

Thanks again, Ann.

All the best,

Rodeo

Hi Ann
Just found this recent interest in your offer.

I'm not sure if High Blantyre would be right but it might be worth a try.
Are there any Connel or Conal who were flour millers at Millheugh, according to births around 1800 in IGI ?

Hi Mary

Sadly not a sos but am wondering if your guys were maybe Catholic? If so wouldn't be in these books.

If not maybe l;ike my lot fiscally challenged and no stone i.e. buried incommon ground.

Thanks Ann.  I hadn't thought of the Catholic thing but I guess it's possible. The enquiry was only because  I have no other connection with that area and I've never made the effort to visit.
Thanks again

Hi Ann

Is there an MI for Andrew Paterson (1796-1821) and Ann Gilchrist (1799-1839) in High Blantyre?

Many thanks in advance, Ann.

All the best,

Rodeo

Hi Ann, I would appreciate  lookup for Stoddart, Gray, and Hart. They lived in Blantyre/Rutherglen. Not sure of proximity of cemeteries. Thanks......  Maza

Hi Ann,

If your not to busy would there be any chance you can find any of the below (please don't feel you need to search for all as this would be classed as taking the mickey!)

William Hamilton b1792 wife Barbara Hamilton nee Smellie b 1793 (married 1812 Cambusnethan, both died after 1834)
William Hamilton b1747 wife Elisabeth Hamilton nee Bell b1753 (married before 1782 both died after 1791)
John Hamilton nothing known wife Jean Hamilton nee Millar nothing known (married before 1747)
Robert Smellie b 23 June 1751 wife Frances Smellie nee Fleeming nothing known about her (married before 1787, both died after 1801)
John Bell nothing known wife Jean Bell nee Bell nothing known (married 1751 Dalserf)

Like I said above please do not feel you need to look for all, I've listed them as you may recognise a name.

Thanks in advance.

Emma
