Sorry, but not Haslingden. You may be thinking of Newchurch in Pendle, which would come under Burnley.

Culcheth is much further south, a couple of miles northeast of the M6-M62 junction.

Depending on timing and exact location, it ought to be under Warrington, Newton or Leigh registration districts.

Looking at ALSTON in south Ribble area, ALSTEAD and DONBAVAND/DUNBABIN etc. everywhere, HOWCROFT and MARSH in Bolton and Westhoughton, PICKERING in the Whitehaven area.

By 1925 there is an Adamson family at Broseley Lane End Farm - Fred was baptised on March 1st according to Lan-OPC. That birth was registered under Leigh.
