I showed the bride and groom your beautiful colour versions yesterday evening and they were absolutely delighted and transported back over 60 years to their wedding day!  The photos really brought back memories including some more details of colours.  The Matron of Honour's bouquet was pink carnations and the bridesmaids had asters in various shades of pink, purple and white.  Father of the bride wore a grey tie but the groom can't remember what colour his was!

Hi Sally, just checked with the bride and she's not certain, but we guess it was most likely blue to go with the dress
