Hi Debbie I have only just found this rootschat site.  You have missed my ancestor from your list of Excells.  Mary Saunders and Thomas Excell also had a son named Charles who was christened at Wotton under edge in 1813 and died in Holborn London in 1886.  I am afraid I do not have a date but he married a Hannah Offer of Westerleigh in Gloucestershire.  If you would like to know more please get back to me.  Thomas and Mary are my   great great great grandparents.  My Grandfather's name was George Excell Harvey.  What connections do you have with the family.  I should very much like to learn more.  I have a photo of the Harvey family if you are interested showing Charles' wife, daughter and 3 grandchildren.
