According to the 1911 census George and Ellen Brewer of Codrington  had had 12 children 7 alive 5 died.

Can account for 8 children, 7 via the census and 1 on familysearch

Annie 1883-1883
Ada Emily b 1884
Mary Ann b 1887
Elizabeth Ellen b 1890
Winifred Georgina b 1892

Any suggestions how to go about finding the other children

The best course of action would be to check Brewer deaths on FreeBMD, checking the Registration District of Chipping Sodbury (where Olive Gwendoline was registered) and Thornbury (where Winifred Georgina, Annie, Francis Vickeris and Ada Emily were registered), or even Clifton (where Lillie Blanche was registered).

Concentrate on the gaps between births?
Between 1877 and 1883, and 1892-1897 look favourites!

When and where did this couple marry....might be a birth or death to find before 1875.

If they had a son you might expect him to be named George after father.

Vickeris sounds like a family name...do you have any other family names...that might be given to children....paternal and maternal grandmothers names?

What is maiden name of Ellen?

That *!%?@#! "Children who have died" column in the 1911 census... I've got three families who had children that I wouldn't have known about if it wasn't for that column.

(Shows how much personal tragedy and loss our ancestors must have endured that left no record.)

For two of them there are dozens of possible births - for the third I can't find a single one :-\
