Only one, a Henry Jones born in 1852 in Cheshire, though nothing comes up for Macclesfield

He's probably worth a look, then.

If he's remarried it might be worth considering whether Harry's enumeration in 1901 as married (rather than widowed) may have been a mistake, as there is an earlier death of a Catherine Jones in Aston in Jun qtr 1892 aged 40. Obviously that's a bit younger than expected, but people's ages did drift in 19th century records.

It won't show the occupation because I don't have sufficient credits

No
The censuses won't .The best way to find that is to get one of the children's birth certificates.I'd suggest Julia Jones Sep 1845 Macclesfield 19 127 because it's quite distinctive.
There is a marriage at Dudley 19.6.1843 George Jones and Maria Steventon,Fathers William Jones and Thomas Steventon but with a surname like Jones it's best to double check.

Hi

Both the birth certificates for Julia and her sister Walter give the parents as George Jones and Maria Congrave/Congreave, however there is no marriage for them on any site

I'm wondering whether, as according to the 1851 census where Maria is 36 and the oldest child is 6, if it was a second marriage for her? Is so, that would explain why you can't find her as marrying under her maiden name. That would fit with the marriage ciderdrinker found in 1843.
