William Francis Forbes Sempill

Trying to find out if William Francis Forbes Sempill who died December 1965 left a will. He was the 19th Baronett of Craigivar.  Need to find out to whom he left his land in Fintray, and were there any stipulations regarding this land,ie no developments to be built etc.
Also would like to find out if the Estate papers have been deposited anywhere in Aberdeen.
