Leece St In Liverpool
« on: Monday 24 September 07 15:59 BST (UK) »
Can anyone please tell me if the shops in Leece Street by Renshaw Street  In Liverpool. Are the ones that would have been there in the 1900's +.Or has the road since been rebuilt? I have a lady who lives in London who's G.Grandfather Had a Chemist at number 23.It would be lovely if i could tell her the shop is still there. If it is,is it a long walk from Cental Station,if not i thought i might be able to visit liverpool. Then take a photo,I worked in Liverpool for 7 years but it scares me to death  now every time i go into the city(top end) Traffic everywhere. You now have to have your head on a swivel ;D

I can't be absoloutley sure Celia
But I think number 23 would be yes
I just ran a check on a bargain booze which is no15
And the post office which is no 35
I can't recall there being anything modern between them
