Possible Date--Hulahan Family New York City

Hi,
I would love to find out when this picture was taken.  I know it is a part of my father's family, but I am not sure which ones.  The woman looks like my father but I know it is not his mother.

I would say about 1905 - 1910 but I'm guessing.

I had a look on a website about shirt evolution, I stated that the high collar was left over from the Victorian era, but by 1910 collar sizes began to shrink. Given that the gent has a high collar on his shirt and that the corners of the collar are pointed, I would agree with the other post for date, but maybe err towards 1900-1905.

I'd put it right around 1912...the lady's hairstyle began around then and the long shirt collar on the gent started to be replaced by the more comfortable short collar just before the war. 1900-1905 is too early for the lady's clothing.

Agree with China 1910-12.
I would also suggest this lady is single. She has on display what looks like an engagement ring but has her left hand covered, a typical pose of an unwed woman.

I thought it was my grandfather and grandmother.  Now with the timeline I know it is them.  They were married in 1912. 
My father looked so much like his mother when he was young, but as he aged he was identical to my grandfather, which threw me off.
Love the color it looks great.
